Our Return Policy
At BenabadArt, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a unique return policy that allows you to inspect your order at the time of delivery.
Inspection at Delivery
When your order is delivered hand-to-hand, you have the right to inspect the product before accepting it. You may examine the item to ensure it meets your expectations.
Return at Time of Delivery
If you are not satisfied with the product during the delivery inspection, you have the right to refuse the item and return it directly to the deliverer at that moment. No questions asked.
No Returns After Delivery
Once you have accepted the delivery and the product has left the deliverer's possession, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase during the delivery inspection.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you discover that an item is damaged or defective after delivery, please contact us immediately with photos and your order details. We will review each case individually.
Important Notice
We strongly encourage all customers to carefully inspect their orders at the time of delivery. This is your only opportunity to return an item if you are not satisfied.
